Build confidence as a digital leader. Learn new leadership tools.

Digital leadership means that, as a leader, you must simultaneously expand both your ambition and your knowledge. To this end, training and coaching do not merely teach the skills that are essential for digital transformation in companies. They also help develop a new mindset for applying the acquired “digital skill set” with confidence in real-world situations.

During the training sessions, participants gain hands-on experience with leadership behaviors as digital leaders. For example, agile methods are used, such as “instant feedback” in employee management or “design thinking” in idea development.

In individual coaching sessions, self-confidence is built and personal challenges are addressed so that participants can apply their new insights in their daily work. The sessions also cover how to deal with resistance that digital leaders may encounter within their organizations.

The training sessions are tailored to the specific situation and requirements of each company. Managing Partner Michael Groß leads the sessions. Participants benefit from his practical experience and expertise as a lecturer on digital leadership and from his extensive experience conducting numerous seminars.

One-on-one coaching unlocks personal potential and supports your development as a “digital leader.” The focus is often on the following topics:

  • Realigning your own expectations and shaping others’ expectations
  • Using your own strengths more flexibly to enhance individual performance
  • Developing future scenarios and aligning skills and activities with them
  • Making and revising decisions in uncertain situations
  • Leading teams agilely and directing them toward what can be influenced
  • Use mistakes to drive progress, not just to avoid repeating them
  • Set priorities and continually readjust them to incorporate new ideas
  • Dealing with the loss of control resulting from increasing complexity in the environment and within the company

During the so-called mandate clarification, the relevant needs of the coachee are identified and the coaching process is jointly defined. Prior participation in Groß & Cie. training sessions is not required.
