AI Scenario Test
Let’s start with a streamlined and pragmatic approach: the Scenario Test, which we’ll prepare together with you. We’ll simulate specific AI applications and how they’ll concretely change your day-to-day work. The AI Scenario Test reveals your future!
Following the test, we’ll provide an initial assessment of AI readiness within your company, department, or team. We’ll identify key areas for action and potential areas of conflict in relation to the success factors: making decisions and developing competencies, adapting processes, and establishing rules.
If necessary, the AI Scenario Test is accompanied by additional measures as part of the AI Readiness Check. These activities are discussed with you at the outset. These measures may include, for example: interviews with executives and experts, employee posts or comments on the intranet or social media, and reactions and results from past transformation projects.
Scenario Implementation Test
Work in moderated focus groups (managers or employees) to review the AI scenario and identify necessary changes
